Are printed and branded USB Memory sticks now just a little passé?

Until recently the costs of choosing a truly “custom” memory stick would have been prohibitive unless you were ordering in the thousands but not any more. More importantly they are happy to do this and absorb the costs of the moulds and tooling.

Remember once the mould and tooling has been produced repeat orders typically bear no new “tooling” or rework costs. So know is a good time to get your thinking caps on because the only restriction is your imagination. Custom USB Memory Sticks are typically manufactured from PVC rubber or resin. This process means you can define the colours and the shape and remember it’s a 3-dimensional product with excellent tactile characteristics.
