1. How do I change my contact details?
All your personal details are stored within your ‘My Account’ area. You can access your account at any time by clicking the link located at the top right hand corner of the website. Once you sign-in to your account, under ‘My Account’ section select the text ‘View or change my account information’. This will then give you the options to change your name, email address and telephone number. Select the continue button to save your changes. It is our customers responsibility to ensure that all their details are up-to-date on our website, so we can send your orders to the right place. 2. How do I change my password?
You need to sign-in before you can change your password. Under the ‘My Account’ section select the text ‘Change my account password’. Enter your current password and confirm you new password. Select the continue button to save changes. Now you can use your new password the next time you sign-in to USBNow. 3. I’ve forgotten my password, what do I need to do?
Don’t worry; follow these simple steps to help you retrieve your password.
1. Click on the ‘My Account’ link located at the top right hand corner of the website.
2. At the sign-in page click the text, which reads ‘Forgotten Password’.
3. You will now be requested to enter your registered email address.
4. Then in matter of minutes you will receive an email from us, which holds your password details.
This is the secure method of retrieving your password from us. You may see a delay when receiving your password, due to mail servers/Internet Service providers being down. 4. What is an address book and how do I manage it?
You have an address book to manage addresses that you may want to select to receive orders to your preferred address. (I.e. this could be your work address).
Sign-in to your account, under ‘My Account’ section you need to click on the text that reads ‘View or change entries in my address book’. This allows removing, editing an address or adding a new one. 5. I want to subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter, how can I do this?
Sign-in to you account, under ‘Email Notifications’ select the text that reads ‘Subscribe or Unsubscribe from newsletters’. This will give you the option to select or deselect you from our mailing list. 6. I am having difficulties signing in to my account, what should I do?
