1. What are your postage and packaging charges?
At USBNOW all
orders over £30 qualify for free postage and packaging. Orders under £30 will
have a P&P cost of £1.95 (£7.50 if outside Mainland UK), all our prices include VAT.
2. What delivery methods do you use to send out orders?
We use Royal Mail 1st class post for smaller orders and ParcelForce for larger orders or guaranteed next day delivery. 3. Where do you despatch your orders??
We despatch our orders from our Northampton Warehouse. 4. Can I place an order outside the UK?
We deliver to the UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain (including Canary Islands) and Sweden. For anywhere exept Mainland UK, we charge at flat rate of £7.50 for International Priority Service. 5. When can I expect to receive my order?
If you place an order before our cut-off delivery time, which is 4.30pm and if you order an item, which is in stock your orders are dispatched the same business working day. The arrival of your order will depend on the delivery you chose when ordering. 6. Do I have to sign for my package?
Depending on the value of the order some of our deliveries require signature at the delivery location, for security reasons. 7. Can I track my order?

for further information. For international orders, you can expect delivery in 3-5 days of your initial order placement. Please note: The delivery time frame can vary between countries. 9. What happens to my order if I am unable to collect it?
If you are not available to collect your order and our courier attempts a delivery, they will leave a calling card, which will provide you with details on arranging to collect at a local depot or a new time for re-delivery at your convenience. 10. Will my order be despatched together or subsequent packages?
If you place an order with more than 1 item and one of the items are out of stock, we will wait until we receive stock for those items and despatch your complete order together. Can you deliver to alternative address other than my billing address?
Yes that’s fine. Remember to add the address in your address book within your account area. 12. I placed an order yesterday with next day delivery it has not arrived, its now 8.00pm?
If this is the case, you must inform us immediately so we can investigate the reason for this with our courier provider. 13. What if the courier company loses my package?
This must be reported to us, so we can investigate further with our courier provider. You are fully insured by our services. 14. What if the items are damaged or go missing during transit?
